Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item must have been purchased from SPR no longer than two weeks prior. If you are unsure, questions about a return are welcomed.

Email your request to returns@spresource.com.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA#. Returns will be refused without this number clearly marked on the outside of the box, and in the address.

Include a copy of your original Invoice and a copy of your emailed confirmation.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned. Merchandise that has been opened, used, made to order color matches, or special order items and/or parts, will not be accepted for return or exchanges.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund or credit memo. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, unless it was due to an error made by Screen Printers Resource.

Shipping Errors

If you find that you have been shipped an item incorrectly, you have the same two weeks to contact us and have it resolved.
