Inventory Management (White Ink): Since white is commonly used and very integral to most screen printing jobs, white ink runs out much faster than anything else. It is healthy to keep a consistent pulse on your ink supply, specifically white. Reorder at around 30-35% of your current supply and you should maintain a constant workflow with lead times being considered. 

Supplies: Understand and budget your workload for supplies - Although it is recommended to buy supplies you'll need in larger quantities, it is important to be aware of what your project needs are. Sometimes, purchasing smaller batches will help you manage the budget required for other facets of the job that you are working on. 

Emulsions: Take proper care of your emulsions: Proper storage of emulsions is essential to the lifespan of them. They can last you roughly a year if stored away in a dark, cool environment away from harsh light. 

Chemicals: If you're looking for cost savings, consider looking at substituting a spray bottle for specific chemicals as opposed to buying the full gallon of solution.
